(Daytona Beach, FL) October 1, 2020— CHALLENGEMIAMI®–the bucket-list and season opener event for spring 2021, announces it is seeking enthusiastic athletes to participate in their ambassador program. Selected ambassadors will help cultivate community around the CHALLENGEMIAMI festival of events weekend, March 12th to 14th, 2021 at Homestead-Miami Speedway®. Individuals with a strong sense of giving back to the sport along with involvement in clubs and health-focused groups are encouraged to apply.
CHALLENGENORTHAMERICA CEO, Bill Christy shares, “The goal of our ambassador program is to build community, increase engagement with athletes and fans, and create an extraordinary athlete experience. Our ambassadors have a passion to share the many health and social benefits from participating in our festival style triathlon and work to expand the awareness of our event style to athletes and families, of all abilities.”
Christy adds, “ Having outside eyes to give us feedback is enormously important as we always seek to better our festivals and ambassadors can be a great source of that feedback. Our CHALLENGEDAYTONAambassador program has been widely successful, and we are fortunate to have them in our family.

The CHALLENGEMIAMI Festival weekend will include a wide array of events catering to athletes of all ages and abilities. The event weekend is anticipated to host the following events:
- Middle Distance Triathlon, Duathlon and Aquabike
- Sprint Distance Triathlon and Duathlon
- Junior Challenge kids’ race
- Pro Am Relay Race
- 5K/10K run/walk events
- Relay categories
- CHALLENGEMIAMI Professional race the “Miami Distance”
The top Middle Distance™ Triathlon age group will qualify for entry in THECHAMPIONSHIP, to be held in May 2021 and May 2022 at the x-bionic sphere in Samorin, Slovakia.

About Homestead-Miami Speedway
Homestead-Miami Speedway has been open since 1995 following an initiative to spur economic recovery in the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew. The 650-acre facility that features a 1.5-mile oval in addition to a 2.21-mile road course. The Speedway hosts on-track events nearly 300 days per year.
